Is it really free?
Yes. Capture, automatic sync, local Whisper subtitles, the editor and export are all free during the public beta. There is no watermark and no card.
What happens when the beta ends?
You keep your account and every file you exported. LansPilot moves to commercial pricing, and testers who sent feedback keep 50% off for life. Terms are published before launch.
Do you upload my footage?
No. Recording, transcription and export all run on your machine. Whisper works locally once its model is downloaded. Any future cloud feature will be opt-in.
How does team or school licensing work?
Contact us through the Team option and we will scope seats, licence management and rollout for your institution.
