- Refunds
- If LansPilot is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason.

What is free, and for how long?
The trial unlocks everything for 14 days, with no card, and starts at your first two-phone recording. After it ends, the Free plan records with one phone and your screen, with sync, trimming, export, the teleprompter and local transcription (basic model). Two phones, webcams, the audio engine and Stream Deck/MIDI are in Pro.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep your account and every file you exported. LansPilot keeps working on the Free plan with one phone, and you are not charged unless you choose Pro.
I tested the beta and sent feedback. What do I get?
Beta testers who gave us feedback get 50% off: the first year of Pro annual ($34.50) or Pro lifetime ($64.50). Testers will hear from us when Pro goes on sale.
Do you upload my footage?
No. Recording, transcription and export all run on your machine. Whisper works locally once its model is downloaded. Any future cloud feature will be opt-in.
Do you offer school or team licensing?
Not as a separate plan yet. Contact us with what you need and we will answer you directly.
